This course aims to guide researchers in planning a research project and preparing a research proposal for possible submission to a funding agency or institution.

  • Session 1: Translating Research into Outputs / Impact Assessment
  • Session 2: Ideation (Problem Identification)
  • Session 3: Proposal Conceptualization
  • Session 4: Crafting Winning Research Proposalstion)
  • Session 5: Pitching the Proposal

Requirement

  1. Technical Requirements
    • Gadget with Zoom Meeting application;
    • Stable internet connection for 4 hours of Zoom meeting per session;
    • Gadget for creating/editing documents and presentation slides.
  2. Academic Requirement
    • Participants must submit a draft research topic upon enrollment in the course. This is to ensure that the participant will have a topic to work on throughout the course.
